ENGINEERING
Theory is followed by practice.
IdeeRoth AG brings concepts into reality. Using the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and CAD systems Siemens Teamcenter and Siemens NX, elaborated concepts, detailed designs, or photorealistic representations are generated.
SIMULATION
In addition to construction, we conduct simulations using FEM (Finite Element Method) and CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics).
Ansys Workbench,
Flow Science Flow 3D, and
Siemens Simcenter 3D assist us in optimizing highly stressed components and entire assemblies, as well as providing evidence for their practical use.
DEVELOPMENT
Contemporary product development follows a systematic and methodical approach. We employ techniques to prevent "banana development" - where the product matures at the customer - from occurring.
PROTOTYPE
Our in-house workshop allows us to quickly create functional prototypes. In collaboration with suppliers, we manufacture customized prototypes for you and put them into operation.
